REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! Meeting Date: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2023

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registration is open to all members and non-members. All attendees planning to participate in the 2023 Surgical Outcomes Club Meeting on Sunday, October 22, must complete the registration form and submit payment .

REGISTRATION RATES:

Registration includes attendance to the 2023 Annual Scientific Session, breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception.

Registration Cancellation Policy. Refunds, minus a $75 administrative fee will be issued on written cancellations received on or before September 30. No refunds will be made after September 30. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, or flight/transportation cancellations. In the event of a meeting cancellation, SOC is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.
